I would wager any woman with that issue would get it fixed with surgery and it would be covered by health insurance due to the psychological impact it would have on the woman.

Cosmetic surgery should not be covered by insurance. Keep your dick clits, i don't pay my premium for you people to get a free ride.

generally I agree, though bells palsy is sometimes treated with cosmetic surgery when it gets bad enough.
