Takimag is good stuff, and I love Mr Cole. I don't think we can expect the courts to have our backs on affirmative action++. Basically white people are just going to have to stick together, if they want any kind of place at the table, like every minority already does. Lots of in-groups do not benefit from preference (think Sikhs or Ukrainians) still benefit from banding together to hire each other.
