Clown World: King of the Hat
You are rival clowns pranking each other to see who is the most clowny. Pick up a hat to shoot, shoot to knock hats off your opponents. Without a hat your time runs out and you will lose. Be the last clown standing!
The game is an free for all projectile based arena brawler with you vs two AIs.

I am using an Acer Aspire Laptop with an AMD Ryzen 3 Graphics card (Integrated) and I played it on Firefox.

I know you said that you didn't see the settings icon but if you play again and click that you can set the graphics to "low" and see if that helps. That turns off some of the rendering effects and might increase the framerate so the physics works better for the jumps.
That does help actually. Still a bit ficky but I can make the jumps now. I noticed the Ai also ends up in these endless loops of trying to jump the platform and missing.
But now its significantly easier to grab a hat in under 8 secs. The Ai lasts alot longer too that it feels like a brawl now.
