The encampment situation is a microcosm of what is wrong with the left. They make the life of people that follow the rules worse to accommodate people that don't give a fuck. People work and pay taxes to pay for sidewalks and parks that they can't use. And it isn't a failure of shelters, the encampment homeless won't go to shelters because you can't do meth in a shelter. The left will say, "oh they don't go to shelters because they aren't safe" which anyone with a working brain will realize a shelter will always be safer than a meth fueled Hooverville.
