I'm curious to see what other people are doing. I work for a large IT company that has not been all aboard with the woke stuff. Every year we had something for pride month but it was never mandatory. In 2016 they donated to Trump.
This year however I have to go through: "How to teach people about pronouns" and "Microaggressions"
This is on top of the usual celebration of random employers who did average stuff but we are going to pretend they are some sort of gurus because they are gay.
Nothing. It's a small company and this is our busy season. We don't have time for pointless bullshit. Not that the composition of the company is such that it would put up with pride even if we weren't busy. Unless there is free beer, then maybe, but just for the beer.
