Is that we'll see 5% of the vaccinated population have some sort of health complication that could plausibly be traced back to vaccination. However, I also believe that it will be very difficult to establish any causal links to vaccines due to the compounding factors widespread stress, reduced physical activity and weight gain, reduced sunlight exposure, diminished brain oxygen availability, and respiratory fungal infections. To say nothing of the higher order consequences of the economic disruptions.
Simply put... when the dust settles, the shutdown will have killed far more than the virus or the vaccine.
