If there's anything the SCOTUS doesn't like as a whole, it's lower courts ignoring them - even from the justices that disagree with the precedent. For something this recent, I could
even see a unanimous decision in favor of the baker, or kicking it back to the lower courts telling them they fucked up big time ala Caetano.
Of course, that doesn't really do anything about Mr. Mentally Ill using the process as the punishment.
