This one actually makes sense. Many evil characters can easily be gender fluid / woke.

My favorite is from the Powerpuff Girls, the devil character "Him". It's such a great character ahead of its time... a gender bending demon that sounds playful until he/she is not and then it's terrifying.

Also Griffith from Berserk. Hell, Satan has been described as being genderfluid many times, too. I wonder why that archetype keeps coming up?

Oh wow, now I have to finish Berserk, only started that series. And yeah, I suspect it has to do with chaos. Gender fluid is basically chaotic sexuality, no structure, no boundaries, and also full on hedonism.
