Internet sleuths noticed an older Chipman looking similar to one of the, then, younger atf agents at Waco. After seige agents , one-by-one, posed in front of smoldering ashes of charred dead bodies of branch davidians. Snopes trying to debunk the below photo; but if you read reasoning it basically amounts to "Chipman said it wasn't him but we don't know who it is."
