I've said it many times, outsourcing for dubs isn't needed. Just do it in Japan where you have FULL control of the dub and there's plenty of foreigners living there who would jump at the chance to be a VA and the studios can keep an eye on them so they don't slip woke or nonsensical bs in using English speaking employees.
