I'm somewhat of an inbetweener of gen Z and millennials.
From my perspective on whites and their political convictions, it also differs by their economic background.
For example one of my old closest friends from high school had richer parents who spoiled him, and in return he ended up as a pot smoking hippie living off of a trust fund and constantly virtue signals about various leftwing issues. My other friend who came from a poor background has very socially conservative values including meritocracy, nationalism, christianity, and pro life.
