First off: Fuck Mike Pence.

Second: He had magical powers already from shocking the gay away, so space radiation had no effect on him.

Third: Fuck Mike Pence.

Fourth: He knew how to run a cabinet/council from experience and knew enough to let others advise him properly, accurately, and informatively. He was good at delegating actual necessary decisions to the right people. A good bureaucrat.
