If only.

The GOP is absolutely determined to keep litigating Roe v Wade and that's half the reason politics has been logjammed since Reagan.

If they would take the loss on that and tell the christian right to deal wiz it, we could move past that and get back to more important issues.

Yes, I know there are cultural knock-on consequences to abortion, but the time to win that fight was decades ago.
