Hate crime laws ARE hate crimes.

They are designed to produce a two tier police and justice system. When whites are victims they will get their crimes ignored. But blacks will get special treatment.

At the root of this is ultra wealthy white liberals who are guilty about their wealth and try to blame it on their white race.
