Apparently it doesn't violate HIPPA because you need to disclose certain vaxx's already due to schools and airlines requiring them to either go to school or fly to certain countries known for out breaks aka Africa with hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, cholera, yellow fever, rabies, anthrax and meningitis to travel there....IDK bout you but I'll skip visiting that hellscape.
