Dude, I spent the last several years commuting to downtown Bellevue.
Some days, there would be a clear view of Mt. Rainier. Other days, even when it wasn't otherwise overcast or foggy, it would be hazy, and you couldn't really see Mt. Rainier.
And this was well before lockdowns.
Now, that's not to say that lockdowns had no effect on the overall haziness of the atmosphere. If I had to guess, I'd say, meh, probably it had some effect. But two pictures side by side doesn't tell us anything. I need data. I need statistics. I'll need some sort of trend analysis.
It's embarrassing how often I've seen this comparison made. "Wow, look at these two pictures. See how much difference (a single unisolated variable) makes!" People are fucking stupid and they just gobble it up.
No thanks. I'm going to go by all those videos by residents I watched last year who stood on their rooftops and expressed amazement at how they had never seen those mountains before.
I know most of you are just going by this retarded post, so I forgive your ignorance.
The worst part about this is that they’re saying this change happened due to lockdowns. Climate change lockdowns are a conspiracy theory, goy.
It did happen due to lockdowns. They shut down the vehicles and factories making all the air pollution that had obscured the mountains for years.
When you see those pictures of cities covered with a brown cloud, that cloud comes from vehicle and factory exhaust.
I love how retarded most shills are
Can't tell if you're agreeing or saying you don't believe smokestacks are built for smoke.
Look that term up on your internet device.
If no one is paying you to write these you’re double retarded
