More seriously, I haven't kept up with the drama. The Superstraight and LGBdroptheT subs are the main things I follow there, but I do remember the founder trying to excuse a lot of his failings on the 'Pyramid of Debate' and banning folks, but at the same time it's one of the few semi-viable lifeboats away from Pedo-infested Reddit.
The admins' obsession with codifying the Pyramid of Debate was always going to be their undoing, because it was inevitable that selective rigor would be enforced on dissident ideas.
