Who's going to grant an appeal? The judge who denied the defense's motion for a mistrial? Who denied the motion to sequester? Who said he trusts the media? Who trusts the jury they wouldn't watch any news? Right.

He is guaranteed an appeal at this point to the State Appellate Court by law.
