Agreed except I heard that BIPOC stands for Black and Indigenous People of Color, it's not used to describe "no white people, " POC was that already. This BIPOC means black people and who ever is a non-white native to the country. An Example for here in the US a BIPOC actor would be Black or a Native American. Whereas in England, BIPOC pretty much means just black. Now there is a lot of confusion with this so many are just using it the same way that POC is used to exclude white people.
