Herd mindedness, the feudal animal, they're litereal "sheeple" being followed by other sheeple. But the thing is, at least sheep have fantastic social intelligence. Humans are just stupid apes that play follow the leader. They "ape".

"Influencers" are the kind of people that usually wind up being called other things, like "cult leader" or "mein fuhrer."
