Pretty sure that's a troll account, but it can be very hard to tell in this day and age.
Yeah this reeks of troll, but I have noticed a huge uptick in obvious fake accounts shouting the praises of Biden that not even the most dyed in the blue democrat could type. I have no doubt DNC, Biden-Harris et al are spending big money for the appearance of support on social media.
