Though in my opinion, you cannot measure privilege solely by outcomes, because one is ex ante and one is ex post. For example, the Chinese in Malaysia do better than Malays despite being disadvantaged, because of their culture and hard work. Whether that is true for women and homelessness is to be debated, but that's the point, it cannot be assumed either way.
