The "system" has given them free food, free healthcare, free housing, free education, and affirmative action in University and hiring. It's been nothing but trillions of dollars in legs up for decades now. And still they collectively fail.

Giving them fish and having 0 expectations because they are black. I don't think they failed despite that, I think they failed in part because of it.
