Ah! So it looks like I was slightly mistaken about it being a direct drop in fix.
The top is good now, but it cuts off some of the bottom.
But it should still be very simple to fix again.... I hope. Even if you don't understand CSS, look for the CSS code (hopefully .win supports that), and look for a height number near to indicate where the banner is displayed. It should say something like "Height=200" or "Height=210". Simply add about 43 to whatever the number is, and the bottom of the banner should be displayed too.
The height is set to auto, I'm not sure that that will work if I change it on mobile.
There may be a similar number nearby that you could try adjusting by adding 43 to that too.
It didn't change it when I changed the height off of auto.
