Here, this should be just a simple drop-in replacement. I added more sky so that when the communities bar is overlaid, there's still be a decent amount of sky left:

Ah! So it looks like I was slightly mistaken about it being a direct drop in fix.
The top is good now, but it cuts off some of the bottom.
But it should still be very simple to fix again.... I hope. Even if you don't understand CSS, look for the CSS code (hopefully .win supports that), and look for a height number near to indicate where the banner is displayed. It should say something like "Height=200" or "Height=210". Simply add about 43 to whatever the number is, and the bottom of the banner should be displayed too.
