I was actually kinda sad when Valheim blew up the way it did. A smaller game might have avoided the usual industry bullshit for a time, but you know the suits and activists and rent-seekers have their sights set firmly on that game. I'm almost encouraging the inevitable burn out and backlash just to get my current favorite game out of the spotlight.
I'll tell you that after March 8th. If Fortnite doesn't do the same, I'd say yes, it probably is. If not, it's probably Epic policy. Then again, Tim Sweeney hasn't said anything on Twitter except whining about Apple.
Don't be sad, it doesn't have the right properties to be bought by Epic.
