Dissenter is fucking great, no idea what you are on about.
where can I download the browser extension? The dissenter browser itself just has a blank window when click the dissenter button in the search bar

Last release was in mid-2019, though. You'll have to manually install it and may have to enable some developer options in your browser to allow 3rd-party extensions.
Ah I missed where you said browser extension. I use the actual dissenter browser itself, which is actively updated
