During the many minutes that the police officer had St. George Floyd's head pinned to the ground, it is clear the officer was watching the cries for help and laughing at them on the inside, imagining himself unleashing a slew of bullets into St. Floyd while thinking of the superiority of the master race. Because of this we can make no determination other than St. Floyd was in fact killed by a police shooting.
