There's nothing Cruz can do, even if he was not vacationing.
"Raging at vacationing politicians" was only a thing because SAID POLITICIANS WERE LOCKING DOWN BUSINESS AND TRAVEL, something Cruz has never done. You can't call him a hypocrite.
