Kinda sorta. They know that joggers are at the top of the oppression totem since they can be used and know they can't specifically call them out due to that AND the fact that Asians tend to do better than whites in white majority countries so it's like walking on eggshells covered in glass. Plus Asian communities are VERY VERY insular, ethno/culture centric and tight knit so most don't even think to factor in white people since they're the out group as well, a friendlier and much more nicer out group to deal with but still an out group. I've NEVER met an foreign born Asian who truly liked joggers, especially Asians who live(d) in a city environment for more than a few months. It's mostly the American born women who get propagandized through media and jogger music who hang around them until they either ditch them due to finding a new fuck hole, violence happens (usually DV) or get them caught up with the cops which ruins their lives.....There's a reason the majority of Asian countries have extremely strict immigration laws with majority public support, they aren't stupid or suicidaliy altruistic.
