I've literally never met a single man that said he wanted to marry 'within his own race', of any race. It's just not a thing that most men do.
I've met plenty. That probably more a reflection of who we are as individuals, than any useful anecdotal evidence. Statistical evidence would disagree with your personal experience, anyway.
It's likely something that goes entirely without saying. Just because Giz hasn't heard someone express that wish doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, and just because it isn't verbalized or even realized doesn't mean that those men aren't solely interested in women who are memetically compatible - which in almost every case means a degree of genetic proximity.
It could also mean that those men simply aren't sorting potential female mates by race, and are considering a litany of other discriminating factors that are more important to them. Those other factors then generate the results that we see.
Like I said, if you're trying to date a black woman at an anime convention, you're going to have very limited success. If you want to date any woman who is interested in anime, she's likely going to be white.
