How can anyone call January 6th and insurrection or a coup? This is especially jarring after seeing a literal, actual coup in Mayanmar.
Nevermind that Pelosi attempted a military coup out of stupidity.
Nevermind all the politicians supported the riots all year
Nevermind AOC inciting 2 terrorist attacks on ICE facilities
How can any journalist with a shred of ethics call for using drone strikes against citizens? Who are they going to target? Who do they think leads them?
Meanwhile BLM and ANTFI are publicly calling to dismantle the system, the family, fucking MATH, everything and the Corporations and the Media just kneel.
And now we have the media trying to say that anyone on the right is a full blown nazi/white supremacist/terrorist.
It wasn't a coup, but with some media manipulation and clouding of the truth, they have hordes of people that think their "democracy" was just about to be overthrown by "fascists" and are more than happy to report on their neighbor to make sure anyone who was there has their life ruined.
The thing is I look at the aftermath, and the coup theory just doesn't hold up. Start with the deaths, they made a big scene out of the one officer who gave his life to save the country. However, it's not even totally conclusive that the events that took place even led to his death. There's at least 1 (possibly 2) "insurrectionists" that were shot and killed. The other deaths were apparently due to medical emergencies. They are picking out anything they can to make it look gruesome.
Then you look at the damages. So there was just a violent coup put down, right? The best damage you can show me is a broken window and some dust on the floor? Thousands of people stormed the building attempting to overthrow it and it's still standing with some broken windows and some papers thrown about. That's it?! Then some of the pics look super staged with things like Gadsden flags ever so carefully placed.
It's all manipulation. It's the modern day Reichstag fire (which actually had damage at least). What happened after the Reichstag fire? Suspension of rights, most of which are consistent with our 1st Amendment. Sounds familiar.
Investigators struggle to build murder case in death of US Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick

According to one law enforcement official, medical examiners did not find signs that the officer sustained any blunt force trauma, so investigators believe that early reports that he was fatally struck by a fire extinguisher are not true.
One possibility being considered by investigators is that Sicknick became ill after interacting with a chemical irritant like pepper spray or bear spray that was deployed in the crowd. But investigators reviewing video of the officer's time around the Capitol haven't been able to confirm that in tape that has been recovered so far, the official said.
