Another video from Upper Echelon Gamers. This time he discusses a miracle he found on a woke tabletop roleplaying forum. Those who's hobbies require creativity realizing they cannot possibly create anything within the endlessly growing confines of woke restrictions, even if they want to.
Good video but there is no reason to believe that fascist sensitivity will ever go back or even slow down when it comes to tabletop. I've been seeing this shit for longer then I've seen it in PC games.
Just because it is not sustainable does not mean they will not try. Just remember the playing a black character is virtual blackface in a fantasy setting where you can play as almost anything.
Would like a video on that soon the only acceptable monster / bad guy is a straight white male.
Paraphrasing the video:
I'm sure he needs to present this as a universal because he immediately loses half the audience if he dares to speak the truth.
That truth: leftists identify spaces as good or bad and deploy their rules accordingly. You can crucify a leftist community with their own rules without breaking a sweat, but the vast majority of leftists will not engage in friendly fire. Those rules are for destroying cultural and political enemies, not allies.
This mirrors the phenomenon of the postmodernists never using their tools to deconstruct the grand narratives of intersectional feminism or communism. See, leftists created postmodernism to destroy specific targets. Any attempt to apply postmodernism universally will damage leftist ideologies. So the leftists who comprise 99% of postmodernists all conveniently skip those analyses.
Point being: we are not dealing with sincere people forwarding a cohesive and coherent ruleset that happens to have some flaws. We are dealing with people who crave power and will do anything to get it. Good arguments aren't going to defeat them.
Agreed
Pretty much explains why they have an insatiable need to latch onto others building their own thing for fun, ruining it into unfun.
