As far as recommendations go, Black Lagoon (and you HAVE to watch it in English).

Same here. English sounds so dumb when it is used in an “anime” way, if you know what I mean. Like the high pitched stuff, it makes sense in Japanese, but in English it sounds like people talking to their pets.

Plus they have to drag sentences out to fit the time, making it sound unnatural.
