Not true, the CBC President lives in New York and travels back and forth all the time.

You're supposed to (have for the rest of us, suggestion for the ruling elites) quarantine for 2 weeks when you return and now you need a negative test dated within 3 days of your flight (tests usually take 72 hrs for results) but I'm sure they could get a White House test and have no issues.
