WTF is with the hype, a ton of instant buy or day 1 comments, is a remastered and not a remake, I liked the Mass Effects games but I can't understand the hype.
No one has stop them from playing, do you need to spend 50 bucks to get motivated to play the same game? A better graphic is no reason to spend the price of a full AAA game.
I'm starting to think they are either payed or people working on the project. This reminds me of when one of my previous employers was asking us to like and comment on the company twitter posts.
As someone who got given the two racing game remasters - Sometimes you have a sentimental tie to a game because of what it meant to you back then.
Having a new version that's future-proofed and not ever going to be changed is a nice way to keep those memories alive forever.
I loved Hot Pursuit 2010 and Burnout Paradise, but I wasn't going to buy them because EA are feminist scum. If it wasn't for that reason, l would have bought the remasters Day 1 rather than skip them and then get gifted them randomly.

Ever since the announcement r/MassEffect has been flooded with people posting retarded lists of things they want to see added or changed. Such as overhauling ME1's combat system to match ME3's or Andromeda's, or adding current year bullshit to the trilogy like making every character bi.
And no matter how many times it's explained to them they refuse to understand the difference between a remake and a remaster. So there are going to be a lot of buttmad people when the remaster comes out and Jack isn't gay like they expect her to be.
