Didn't they already confirm 4 is going to continue after 3?

Andromeda was not a bad idea in the sense that they should start an entire new story line.

Too bad they fucked that up by not providing an actual story worth experiencing.

As for potential is not EA that makes me think it will not be to my liking is the fact that they're fans of Anita.

Anita is the reason the lore/story will be uninteresting and dull at best. EA is the reason you won't have fun with the rest of the game until you pay extra.
