The type of person I'm talking about is one who only has personal experience of anti-porn being caused by religious dogma. They define the "battle lines" of the culture war based on things that happened decades ago and are behind the times.

The average person has no idea of the acts of terrorism that have happened before their childhood. You could ask them about the holodomor and they wouldn't have a clue.
