What needs to happen really, is it needs clarifying, without lobbying and enforcing. They've seen clear cut cases of twitter, Facebook et Al acting as publishers and they choose to ignore enforcing 230. Enforcement is needed.
Well yes I very much hope so, putting consequences on the table is the entire point of why 230 must be altered or revoked.

This will never happen though. There's is no realistic scenario where the chips are played fair.
