None of this surprises me nor, I imagine, most if not all of you, but it does run counter-narrative to some insane comments that I had seen before about how Microsoft would bizarrely turn a new leaf in order to court the Japanese market.
Also, I've never played Gal*Gun before but have had Gal*Gun 2 installed for over 2 years now. I'll probably give it a try in the mid future.
I have to be honest, I'm kind of glad MS aren't taking this kind of shovelware.

Gears 5 and Among Us are shit, but I wouldn't agree that they are shovelware.
I just remember what happened when Steam accepted porn games, most of New Releases was terrible hentai puzzle games.
This entire thread is irrelevant, but Neoverse is literally the 2nd game displayed to me when I open that page. And that's only the 1st page.
If you're going to call Gal*Gun shovelware, you'll have a hard time convincing me that Neoverse doesn't fit...and I actually don't mind the card game (though it's probably only worth $1-2 max IMO).
I remember Steam's phase but having dealt with actual shovelware shit (ex: Fight Angel) there and on the Switch, I won't complain about choice, ideally with decent search filters, tagging, etc.
Weird, for me the first 4 are Forza Motorsport 7, Forza Horizon 4, Gears 5 and Among Us. Is it because I'm logged in?
