The petition is here. They cite Matt Gaetz wearing a gas mask as one of his infractions, and describe it as

... he wore a gas mask on the floor of the United States House of Representatives to mock and make light of the hundreds of thousands of Americans who have died and suffered from the coronavirus pandemic.

His biggest crime, though, is signing on to a lawsuit. They'll go after anyone who did so, and try to punish them.
