Video recorded from Joshua Walker, member of the @CanadianForces released by @YorkRegion you can hear mall security say "You're under arrest for trespassing" before tackling him to the ground. Since when can @uppercanadamall security arrest and assault members of the public?

They probably thought they were working at a hospital. The hospital security are encouraged to pull that kind of stuff and it's than covered up.
