McDonalds Cultural appropriation

So which culture does McDonalds have to stick to, exactly?

Pretty much anyone who can pony up the cash can launch their own McDonalds. I'm pretty certain there are more than a few 'diverse' McDonalds owners by now, considering its a massive multinational corporation, but that's besides the point because corporations aren't people.
