It was Caesar who was making promises of hand outs, creating wild amounts of debt, rejected the rule of Roman law, over threw the government so he didn't go to jail, and intentionally cause massive political riots and upheaval to maintain power whenever he took it.
Again, Caesar was openly violating Roman law, using mob violence & intimidation, and colluding with the power establishment. I don't see Trump as anything like that.
