Actually, Giz, the plan seems to be to make us all into regular slaves. That UN document has as one of it's points a trade, of sorts:
Surrender both your property and your right to property in exchange for all of your existing debt being forgiven.
Now, for that to be properly effective you need a significant portion of your population struggling under crushing debt that they have no hope of recovering from in order to make this an attractive prospect. Oh, look, another lockdown. That's a coincidence.
Of course, one doesn't burden a slave with debt, because they have nothing to pay the debt with.
It's also quite coy about the whole "slavery" thing, unsurprisingly, but if you read between the lines it's there:
World Economic Forum "Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better"
This is a worker who is not paid.
This is a worker who owns nothing
This is a worker who is assigned what is necessary by their master. Even what "choice" there is will be from a small set offered by the master.
This is a slave.
Shit.
As in "I'm talking shit" or "Oh, shit, that's bad"?
That means: "Fuck, he's right about literally everything."
Trust me, it was not a happy discovery on my part, either.
