She wasn't fully responsible for it (as seen by it continuing & even getting worse after she left) but clearly she wasn't some great free speech defender, or even a mild supporter of the idea.
She was used as a tool to get the changes reddit management wanted in place, and she was happy to be that tool. Not a big surprise that she's still a tool.
