That woman clearly wants nothing to do with him, she says she "soft blocked" (I assume she means blocked him then immediately unblocked him so he'd no longer be following her account) and it doesn't seem like she's had any sort of relationship with him outside of posing for 1 photo with him.

It seems pretty clear he made up a relationship out of her not being outwardly hostile to him.
