How are they not making enough money working as nurses during Kung flu season they should be working crazy hours right now

Most hospitals have a sort of state of emergency protocol that comes with massive budget cuts and wage freezing to prevent earning overtime pay. It’s as stupid as it sounds but is very much real and strangling medical workers with overwork for no extra benefit.
