There is some little bit of hope rekindled for me. I was at a hockey game last night and for some reason they had General Mark Milley there to do the first drop of the puck. For those who don't remember, this is the guy who literally said if we were to launch a surprise attack on China, that he would warn them beforehand.
To my absolute delight there were audible boos from the crowd when his name was mentioned on the loudspeaker (I added my own as well). And to top it all off, that traitor tripped on the carpet on the way out.
It brings me joy that not everyone I see on a day to day basis is a totally pozzed moron.
Another one bites the dust. I liked him in Goldeneye.
Anon (2018) is a movie about a detective in a futuristic society where everything is surveilled.
I'm not going to spoil the movie, but if you liked the Laughing Man arc in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, or if you liked Deus Ex Machina, you'll probably like this movie.
It's basically a neo noir movie, with a grizzled detective, a femme fatale, and surprisingly little wokeness given the year it was made. What wokeness there is doesn't really interfere and could even be considered a coincidence.
The cinematography is pretty decent, and really reminds me of Deus Ex Machina.
Overall 8/10 movie.
Regular 87 octane is now officially over $5/gallon here in NJ.
It's only been a year and a half and they've already made it nearly impossible to live here. Everything is more expensive, and now I have to pull double shifts just to break even.
Not only that, but they're making it impossible to do the one thing I liked doing to take my mind off of things: driving my little sports car. It is now going to cost $50 to fill up the tiny little 10 gallon tank it has.
Fuck Biden.
Fuck Democrats.
Fuck Liberals.
Fuck all of them.
I know this is a bit off topic for this place, but the world just lost a man who created works of beauty. In this age of darkness and degeneracy, he was a light. His death is truly a tragedy.
My car takes premium, and I just paid about $80 to fill it up.
Gas at the Wawa near work literally jumped 20 cents since yesterday. Not only that, but plastic bags are now banned statewide.
Fuck this government.
I've been thinking about using one, but I'm not sure which ones are good and which ones are compromised.
