No, but Marvel is basically wanting to ensure that they don't come for them later. It's not a lawsuit exactly, the video title is somewhat clickbait.
I have heard people say the creators are woke, but I've looked around and couldn't find any evidence for that. The writer did the Witcher show, was that any good? I feel like this could actually be good if done right, but I think X-men, with its ant-racist themes, could easily be turned into some woke garbage for BLM and the like.
At this point, if Ditko or Stan Lee's estate could get any characters way from Marvel comics, that would be awesome. Marvel comics have mostly sucked for around 10 years at this point, the characters license in someone's hands couldn't be any worse.
